Q: When will zines be shipping? Will there be a tracking number?
A: Zines will be shipped in late May! You will receive an email confirmation from Paypal with a tracking number when your order ships!

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship internationally to most countries, but please double check your address format! We are not too familiar with international mailing addresses and cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to address errors.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is $3.80 for orders within the US and $13 for international orders!

Q: Can I change/edit my address?
A: If you have not received a shipping confirmation from us, then you may email us at hnkcandyzine@gmail to request an address change/edit. However, once the zine is shipped, there's nothing we can do from our end and we cannot be responsible for the package if it gets lost.

Q: Can you hold my order (due to an impending address change, etc.)?
A: If you have not received a shipping confirmation from us, then you may email us at hnkcandyzine@gmail to request your package to be held. We will wait for your confirmation before shipping it out. However, once the zine is shipped, there's nothing we can do from our end and we cannot be responsible for the package if it gets lost.

Q: Can I get a refund?
A: If you have not received a shipping confirmation from us, then you may email us at hnkcandyzine@gmail to request a full refund. However, if the zine has already shipped, we will not be allowing refunds. If your zine arrives damaged, please send us an email at hnkcandyzine@gmail with a photo and we can discuss options!

Q: It's been ____ days/weeks since I preordered and I haven't received a shipping notification or tracking number! What's going on?
A: Please give us a couple weeks to ship out all of the orders! There are only two mods and we both work full-time jobs, but we're doing our best! Please also check your order confirmation to see if you inputted your email address correctly (we might've shipped out your order already, but if the email is wrong, the shipping notification/tracking number will get sent to the wrong email). Feel free to send us an email at hnkcandyzine@gmail with your order number if you'd like to check up on the status of your order!

Q: I missed preorders! Can I still buy a zine?
A: Leftover copies for sale after preorders are shipped in late June. Some artists have purchased extra copies to sell on their own, so you may also be able to buy directly from them! We will not be reprinting after leftover copies sell out. Please follow our Twitter and Tumblr accounts for updates!
